GENERAL TERMS
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of shoes offered for purchase through the online shop “Mitrusi” available at www.mitrusi.com.
These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipping, purchasing procedures, and the right of withdrawal for orders placed on the website between users/customers and MITRUSI. They do not cover the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties linked to the website via hyperlinks, links, or banners.
These terms are periodically updated in line with market developments and legislative or regulatory changes. Any updates or amendments will be published on the website and take effect from the date of publication.
IDENTITY OF THE COMPANY
All products offered on the website are sold directly by MITRUSI, the exclusive owner and manager of the online shop.
The online sales activity carried out on the website by MITRUSI is directed exclusively at end customers, qualified as “CONSUMERS,” i.e., individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
CONTRACT FORMATION
Contracts of sale concluded through the website are online sales contracts between MITRUSI and the customer/user/consumer and fall under the category of “distance contracts.”
A contract of sale between the customer and MITRUSI is considered concluded upon MITRUSI‘s acceptance of the customer’s order, confirmed via an acceptance email. This email will include the order number and the personal and shipping details provided by the customer. The email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The accuracy of the order details is the sole responsibility of the customer.
MITRUSI reserves the right to reject or partially fulfill purchase orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or relate to unavailable products or orders lacking solvency or reliable data. In such cases, MITRUSI will notify the customer via email that the contract is not concluded, specifying the reasons.
The customer will only be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, without any right to damages, compensation, or further reimbursement. MITRUSI is released from any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the total or partial rejection of an order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If the requested products are unavailable after an order has been placed, MITRUSI will notify the customer via email, offering alternatives of the same or higher quality. If the customer declines the alternative, they may cancel the order by emailing: ordini@mitrusi.com.
Should products become unavailable after the contract’s conclusion, the customer may withdraw from the contract or request a delayed delivery once the items are restocked. Refunds will be processed as per agreed terms.
PRICES
All public prices include VAT.
They do not include taxes, duties, or charges applicable in the destination country outside Italy. These costs are the customer’s responsibility, who should verify them with local customs authorities.
Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. If an incorrect price is published, the company reserves the right to cancel the sale.
Customers are advised to confirm final prices before placing an order.

PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
Credit card payments are processed at the time of shipment.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Delivery is free in Italy (3-5 business days).
Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for €13/00.
Custom items are shipped within 2 weeks after order confirmation.
RETURNS
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Contact resi@mitrusi.comfor instructions. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receipt and inspection.
APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the customer and MITRUSI is governed by Italian law.

For consumer purchases, disputes will be resolved at the customer’s local jurisdiction. For all others, the exclusive Foro di Milano.
